About this template
Every Excel template here includes formulas for line-item amounts, subtotal, tax, total, and balance due. The tax rate is a single percentage cell you edit, so changing the rate updates every downstream total at once. The line items table holds 10 rows; you can insert more rows manually if you need them.
Open the .xlsx in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Apple Numbers, or upload to Google Sheets. Numbers and Sheets may render a few cell borders or fonts slightly differently from the Excel original, but the formulas work identically.
